| not sure if its an Axial or a Mutt
as I had stated on another post.. i recieved a scorpion in a trade (my oldest son hated rock crawling) so I built a Fathead tuber for all the cool stuff the Axial has.. Anyways I had alot of left over parts from other TLT kits laying around and an Axial chassis so here you go.... specs: Axial Chassis w/battery tray Traxxas front shocks w/Losi springs Axial rear shocks w/1 Losi, 1 Traxxas spring TLT axles w/bearings and G-Made wideners. Front axles houses a CVD Axial wheels(weighted down 8oz. each in front)with Axial rock lizards Hitec 645mg servo, Crappy XRS e.s.c. w/55t lathe 1 cut up Betty body.. the red spring is stiffer to help out with the torque twist.. Oh yeah, It's got a stampede trans too. it fits on the skid if you put the links on the inside of the chassis the flex shot... limiting chains are there because I glued the shock caps on when my son had the truck and then I could not get them off to put fuel tubing in to limit the down travel... but it works 2000 nimh battery on the front servo.. Its a mutt alright but it does crawl rather well, just need to get some better tires for it... |

Those are TLT axles... so that doesn't make it an Axial. Wrong section.

well in the 1:1 world the truck is usually determined by body and/or chassis. but with rc's since there is so many aftermarket bodies and chassis that would be too hard so i usually judge by the axles.
