Default Super Duper

Ive been wanting to build a TXT for some time now and fineally had the extra money to make one go

Specs
17 inch wb
3.5 under the belly
clocked txt tranny
mamba max
big fatty outrunner 770kv
twin jr z9000t steering servos
Don's dig mod
jr ds8711 servo out back
nomadio sensor radio
duralight voltage regulator
mugen 1/8th scale buggy shocks

Nothing too special as far as chassis goes, the txt plates are just too cool not to use

front 3 link with panhard bar

Bender style BTA twin steering servo setup

Tranny and electronics

View from the rear, I still need to make a servo mount for the dig

And the poser pic

This has been a fun build so far I just need a few little parts to finish up before i take it for a spin

Dual 9000t's for the front I don't think you'll have any steering issues, hope your running CVD's.

After looking closer I see the CVD's

Truck is looking good, I love the Don dig setup on mine, works very well. I don't think you have enough oz/in of torque to turn the tires though You should put 2 of the DS8711's on there.

Thanks , I went with this link setup to make room for a stick pack or a big lipo down low under the motor

Yes , 1to1 comp rigs use this setup to make room in the chassis to mount everything low and the same thing works on the little guys

Crawlaholic........I will try to have more pics up tomorow

I wanted to add that your fab work is extremely clean, and the 3 link with a panhard bar definitely works in 1:1, so i bet it works just as good in these things. Drool worthy rig right there.;)

Small update.................

I finished up mounting the dig servo and everything works good

And heres that pic of the other tranny mount

Ive been messin around with the rear link geometry, my first setup had lots of antisquat and would have worked good with suspension that had coils an the shocks topped out. I will post pics after i get it right

The jr servo arns came in today and the twin servo steering is done

All that steering power is causing a little flex on the servo mount and the panhard/link mount, its gonna need a tie brace to beef them up
