That's a good setup but I'm trying to get down to under 11". The WK stubs (5.00 per pair) will fit with if I mill the groove out for the TXT pin. Then all I need to do is mill up some custom C' to get them on there. Last edited by Parker; 01-26-2008 at 07:44 PM.

9 1/4 hex to hex but with the smaller C's & knuckles I can get positive offset wheels from Mayham or VF to bring her in some more. I have to start milling the rear straight axle adapters now. I've got the pieces to make the jig and 20 feet of 1/4 tube on order is 3.00 a good deal for 20 feet of tube? Thanks Last edited by Parker; 03-15-2008 at 01:34 PM.

It runs super slow, and super fast, but it is super heavy. Last edited by Parker; 03-18-2008 at 09:45 AM.

| Suspension idea
Been a little busy but have made a little progress. any comments on this suspension setup would be appreciated. Its a droop setup with a cantilever shock shared front to back, so as the front goes up the back gets pushed down. |

I'm diggin the suspension design. I had a similar set-up on my TLT-1 basher, I used aluminum LST2 bellcranks for the cantilevers. However all you really need is the center shock, why not just replace the front and rear ones with some solid links. I like the machine work on those axles though.

You'd need a solid link on top instead of the shock, to make it work that way, or else the upper shock would just compress instead of pushing/pulling the other end. Keep up the out of the box thinking, that's how new things come about |

I was going to leave the front and rear shocks springless and use a spring on the center, kind of a droop/coupled/sprung setup. Then again I may not as I'm hurting for room on the right rear for shock mounting since I put my motor and trans back there on the axle. Last edited by Parker; 12-14-2008 at 11:57 PM. |
