Pinion's for new motors....

Hey guys I just swapped in Twin Titans to replace the old 540's, major difference in torque now, but I'm wanting to slow her down a little for crawling a bit more. I still have the factory 15T pinion and factory spur. I bought a set of 8 T pinions from RC4WD, but the pinions they sent me at long shaft and hit the front of the tranny before I can get the motor plate to bolt up. Who sells the shorter shaft versions?

use a dremel and grind them down to what you need.

Or get a gd-600 and run the 15t pinion.

Can't you just drill out the holes to make room for the gears? It might look odd having a couple of gears stickin through the transmission but it would be the lazymans approach and gets my vote:lol:
