| Stock flex?
has anyone measured the amount of flex from the stock setup? I took off the spacer at the end of the shock body and the rubber bump stop and I think I gained about and inch net of overall fex |

I believe that a bone stock TXT with the sway bars on, will net about 8 inches of upard travel. Eight inches is plenty of travel in rc crawling.

I can get my mostly stock TXT to measure out at 10.5" at the bottom of the tire, if you were to lift one tire up until one of the rears just about comes off of the ground. If you want a visual on what an almost, very close to stock, TXT can do go here: http://www.rccrawler.com/postt575.html And yes, I drove my truck into all of the pics....Just ask Grizzly or Dirk! |
