the diff on a jugg 1 and two is the same as a txt.the difference was the cases, top gears and upper shafts.the jugg 2 and txt.got larger upper gears and a longer shaft to take a xtra bearing to help keep the gears from pushing away from each other.

So would a txt diff and gears work? I have the upper gears, and have bearings that will fit, just need gears and a diff. If some thing works with out a lot of modifications, that is what I would rather do.

the txt diff. case with ring gear part. is all the same. the gears and shafts up to this changed. hence the new cases.the upgrade kit was new plastic axle cases, upper gears and shafts.you used your diff. and long axles and spindle hub assm. look at step nine of the txt build manual.its on the tamiya website.the two gearshafts they show is what changed.

I have the two upper gears. do u know the count on the gear that turns the ring gear? this is where I got the emaxx idler gear to fit. it just needs a way to lock to the gear shaft. and with the emaxx 2nd gear, it looks like the gears will run perfectly. just need a diff to try it with.
