Default Lathe motor question

hey guys, i have my juggy with a emaxx tranny, and im going to go pick-up some lathe motors, BUT:

question1: will a 70 tooth spur on a E-Maxx tranny and between a 13 down to a 9 be a good gear ratio area for trail running/rockcrawling?

question2: 1 or 2 of these motors?

Thanx

I used a 9t pinion with a 66t spur and one lathe. It worked, but I would've liked a little more power. I've heard of good results with a 9t pinion, a 72t spur and one lathe. I don't think you need two lathe motors.

2 lathe motors would be a little over kill... start with one and if you absolutly need some axle twisting power go with 2 lol
