the bottom is already cut, but I'm planning to redo the whole truck(hack the chassis more and redo the susupension set-up) sometime soon.

Well just went for a crawl today.. err i mean yesterday . with all my electronics up front and lowered, which helped alot from the torque twist, by the way thanks for the advice cheapjeep2.
Seems like I'll be hangin' up my truck for awhile... plans to redo the truck and I just got some parts ordered so as soon it gets in I'll start working on it again... and hopefully I can get it done and try it out before it starts to snow. ohh winter time is here again

Eventually you will come over to the dark side and get a clod.

I can feel it.

lol... I already do have a clod, had it since I was in highschool, did the minor upgrades to it(for racing) . but recently been debating if I should turn it to a crawler.

Thanks...Not yet... hopefully if the weather looks good today(starting to get very cold and some snow) then I'll go run it.
And also I'm still waiting for my new shocks to arrive.

It's a good place for the electronics... It really helped out alot. Compared to how I originally had it before.

some additional pics with new shocks from www.teambluestar.com, shocks are pretty good, haven't really "put it to the test" yet. And hacked one of my older body. So far I went for a crawl today but never really did to much since we've been getting crappy weather here, but I'll get a good day crawlling soon( hopefully)

have you tried running the shocks upside down? it might help lower your center of gravity because they are so flipin long.

Hopefully, your team Bluestars work better than the max ones I had. The caps would never stay on as the threads were too fine and the aluminum was too soft. But I hope it works for ya. The HPI Savage Aluminum shocks I have are best I've ever used.
