How is it wired to run on 7.2V? Are you using the Y-harness with a seperate battery?

Re: Servo Options

I just bought a Futaba 3PM radio with S3305 servos.
I don't expect much, so I won't be let down when they suck or break.

124 oz/in (8.9 kg/cm) at 6V
99 oz/in (7.1 kg/cm) at 4.8V

Metal gear, BB, $38 @ Tower.

I bought the same radio but with S3003's are the front one was fine but I broke 2 sets of gears in the rear. I'm currently running Hitec 645MG's the work pretty good. Not spectacular but good.

that 3305 seems to be great, cheap, and pretty strong

Re: Servo Options

So far the S3305 has held up. (Knocking on wood)

It can turn the wheels sitting still, but it struggles a little. (6 cell pack)
Maybe a dedicated battery would help.

Anyways, so far so good. (Now I'm crossing my fingers)
