my friend's txt-1 has went through 3 hitec 645mg servos in the last 2 runs. if the truck even rolls on its side it seems to strip the servo. I realize this is mostly due to the sheer weight of the truck, but what does everyone do to prevent this other then buy stock in hitec? also, he is not running a servo saver due to the ones he tried didnt seem to help either. this is the only thing that i have found that looked like it might help. any help is greatly appreciated. http://www.junfac.com/shop/index.php...roducts_id=185 |

Any servo saver will help. Is it a stock TXT? My 645mg back in the day held up fine. |

its all stock and it is only used for crawling. he has the novak goat in it with one motor. i just cant figure out if its a problem with the hitec 645's he just bought or what. i ran crappy 2055 traxxas servos in my clod for the longest time before i stripped one. i was just looking for opinions.

On a TXT you need a better servo than a 645.
