| First crawl
Ive had first "real" crawl i mean i went to a place where was like couple of stone made steps with 1 meter of grass between each, it wasnt tall like 30-40 cm of height, and it was great fun. these are first pics that are not posed, it crawled there, i know its not much of serious crawling but it was fun, effect broken servo horn, bent servo mount ( the one i made ), i was running on cheap nikko 9,6 V battery 650 mAh, and got about 25-30 minutes of running, it was great, now i have to make new servo mounts, the stock ones suck and the servo slides from side to side in them. Any help in making a good servo mount? |

There's an entire thread of servo mounts. I'd also recommend zip tying your servo wires to an upper link. That way they are protected from rollovers and stuff. http://www.rccrawler.com/postt1083.html Check it out and fab away. Badgers latest creation seems to work very well. Oh and I like how your drag link is not even attached in the top two pics. |
