Nice, I dig the high clearance skid plate. You really need to try Narrowed wheels. Ask Badger how much of difference it makes.

jeep_boy02,

Nice ride! you definitly need to narrow your rims and cut those tires up!
I used rckjeeps tires last weekend and the kicked ass all over my cut up wide txt tires!

rckjeep, If I did not have my new LST's I would have taken your tires and ran! :flipoff:

in reference to buying a Rubicon, Don't do it man. Spend the $30k on your CJ.

Just buy a regular TJ and get a 44 front made for it. The Rubi front 44 is just a tease. It's the 44 housing but the 30 outers. It's also got a funky 44 carrier I hear and you can build a Rubi Killer a lot cheaper.

Sweet ride!!! Cut the tires and narrow the rims and you will notice a pretty big diffrence.

Nice rig...BUT

(I know, it's been said...)

...but cut the tires, narrow the rims, and move that battery to the front. :)

As for the rubi - it is actually a choice I have to make - I gots a 5.9 limited grand and I am going to
1: keep it, throw in 60's with some 33s and have a nice trail rig
2:trade it for a Rubi
3: trade it for 05 Grand (can you say HEMI)
4: Sell it and buy another CJ

60s and 33"s?? Are you looking for the worlds least amount of ground clearance? Hell, you could run a 30/35 combo if thats all you want!

jeep_boy02 08-26-2004 09:20 PM

Re: finally some pics for yall

Im being conservative and I want more beef than the 30's

yeah I could beef it up but that would run more than plopping a 60's under - I will most likely go with 35s though and will probally settle
on 44's since I gots some of them anyways

You're a good D44 candidate ;)

Nice TXT!

So how does it perform after all the mods to the suspension and chassis?

Joe
