| Mounting Big Bore's to TXT-1
Hey guys I tried doing a search on this and could'nt come up with much. How do you mount your Traxxas Big Bore Shocks to your TXT-1? I just bought 4 but they havent arrived yet, I'm not sure if they fit the pivot balls like the stock one's do or if I have to buy some mounting screws or what ever? Part Numbers and Descriptions would be good. Cheers, Dave Last edited by 4X4XFAR; 09-10-2005 at 08:32 AM. |

You will need the plastic stand offs that come with them for the cap part of the shock. I would also leave the bolt a little loose to accomodate pivot.

I use shock spacers for the cap part with M4 screws and nuts and for the bottom pivot ends I used 2 con washers with M4 screws and nuts. you can get them either at RC4wd.com or neweraracing.com.
