Wow that sucks, I was debating on selling mine. But for $230 I would rather keep it.

I bought one for 200 buy-it-now. with ESC and misc other items. Thought that was a good deal. seems alot of people are wanting over 400 for a slightly modified used.

i just bought one from rcuniverse ads 2 months ago for $350 it came with:

twin 550 motors from e-maxx
EVX2 esc
traxxas TQ3 with 3 pole switch for rear steer
2 orion 3300mah packs
2 tower pro mg995 servos (one with saver, one falling out of mount with stripped horn)
7+" mudslingers on beadlock rims dunno which rims,
dynamite dual peak charger
shipped

deal included stock rims and tires but those didnt show up. i would have prefered those over the mudslingers since i am building it MT style. but hey maybe i should make a 1/8th gravedigger CRAWLER!! haha!! that will never happen.

let me know if i got a deal. new to this hobby, this is my first build

Yeah you can still get them NIB.
If your wanting to make a crawler out of it, it might be better just to find one used.
I bought one NIB way back when, and ending up using all non-stock stuff except for the axles in the end. The Parts from the kit(screws, etc.), and the tranny are good stuff.
But, its an expensive kit.

Up to you..

Default I was thinking of selling my txt1 rock crawler

I was thinking of selling my txt1 rock crawler I built it about 5-6 years ago and never use it just enjoyed the build. I went on e-bay to see what there going for but see nothing but new crawlers like redrock and I see Losi has a reproduction 1/18 crawler out. So are these things worth anything anymore? Or am I just out the bucks? My rims cost more than 250.
