Default Ts-80

I just got 2 tower hobbies ts-80s in the mail and these sucker are huge Well I went to mock them up and am wondering what I should use derlin or steel or aluminum?

plastic gears= fail. Good torque and a nice price. better stock up on gear sets

On my clod I made mounts out of 3mm aluminum angle, they hold up well.

Don't worry about breaking gears in those they should hold up, I have been beating on a set of Hitec 805bb for a long time now and no gear breakage. Supposedly they are both the same servo, I think Hitec uses better plastic though.
