Lookin good. Next move, get rid of those bumpers... and make new servo mounts. There is a thread somewhere that someone designed a mount, and has all the measurements on... If you cant find it, PM me with your email, and i will send it to you( i saved it to my pc)

Do some reading in the txt section. An Emaxx trans is a pretty common swap... But, I still run the original (txt) trans in my rig. Im running stock txt trans, GD600, integy 45t, full size losi claws, on 3s lipo.

Even with the emaxx trans, you might need a higher turn motor, more volts, or a gear reduction.

Are those the tires you plan on running?

Depends... some are 14, 17... You might even see 23mm... not sure, When you look for wheels, you will haveto buy adapters for them.

Are you going to rin the 12mm brass hexes then adapters?... Or you could look on tcs crawlers, for their adapters.

you need to be a member for 30 days... and have 30 tech related posts. Or buy a star for $20, and have access to classifieds, Giveaways, and support the site.

I am still running the stock trans with the lower mounting ears cut off. I have been using them for 5 years now and they take a good beating, but with a 10T puller on 3S lipo I have been eating up gears so I am going R2HD for the next version of my truck.

You don't always need the GD600 with a TXT trans, if just depends on the motor. I ran a GD with a Mag Mayhem motor and the OG Crawlmaster, but since going 10T Puller I haven't needed it. Pulled out the GD and run the puller straight into the trans. With that motor on a 3S you have plenty of low end and control down low and lots of top end too!
