| New Guy here!!!!
I have recently completed building a new TXT-1 , and have been planning on making it a rock crawler , without having to cut the truck to pieces.I have recently started to cut the stock tires , nothing fancy , just cutting the treads to allow more flexibility , but that is the extent of any mods. Anyone have any further suggestions , remember , I am just a weekend warrior , not looking to get really hardcore until I get into it more. |

i went to home depot and bought a 4' section of aluminum angle rodding about 2" by 2" by 48". it was like 6 bucks... did some measureing and made a bracket that mounts ontop of the stock brackets for the suspension and then comes forward and then up. I used the stock "blocks" to mount the servo to the mount... i'll try to have pics tomarrow, i might even do a write up sic=nce its for duals... but easily made for singles.
