Default My TXT-1 Crawler

I got a pretty nice TXT in trade last week, got a really good deal on too.

It was set up for sled pulling, 16t motors running an evx with dual 6 cell packs.

well that setup had to go. to much wheel speed for crawling.

I have since added a mg steering servo up front, added rear steer, took a lil bit to figure out how to mount the servo so I could just run my y-harness.

I removed the cantilever set up and just mounted the shocks direct.

Buying some Kyosho Mag Mayhem motors to power the truck, 1 motor at a time on 6 cell nimh.

I am going to try and find some good material to make servo mounts so I can remove the axle guards.

How would I go about mounting the lower links to the axle?

I know I need softer springs.

Would AE black 1.9 rate work for the front right and rear left with Losi orange 2.9 on the front left and rear right?

And now for some pictures
