it really depends on what you are doing. crawling and trail running yes it does, but if you are bashing or rompin around monster truck style then they wouldnt. when at a fast pace with the tires "pointed" forward the chevrons grab and push the loose dirt out from under the tire so it gets ahold of the hard packed stuff.

It tends to pull the tires up on top of snow better in the winter.

I actually cut every other thread off of my stock Tx tires.. gives me a bit more contact path when im climbin/crawling ...

I am running bft on a cut txt-1 rim and when i run them backwards they just push off and around the rocks but when i run them normal they kick ass

I've cut mine chevron style and it seems to work pretty good. Havent tried them since i started modin the chassis... ![]() I'll have to try turning them around this weekend ... its supposed to snow! ![]() |
