You could cut a pie shape out of some lexan and ziptie it to your links slap some velcro on it and your battery and should be good to go.

I am trying to velcro it to the front axle. I ran a velcro wire tie through the upper link mount and then around the battery. It looks like it will work...I just did some testing and it seemed to work. I will need to add some velcro to the battery to keep it from slipping out of the strap. If this doesn't work...the pie shaped mount will be the trick.

Hay rockcrusher imounted my bat on front axle aswell but i used a lipo 2300mah to run the whole truck seems to work ok. Can some one tell me how attache pictures with your reply please .

On my previous TXT I'd swapped the upper/lower links, so I put the sway bar on the front uppers but didn't secure the cross-section. Then I zip-tied a TwinForce battery tray to the cross-section LIKE THIS.

On my current TXT, I needed 14.4V and for it to be more stable when bashing around, so I put a TwinForce battery tray on each side of the chassis, LIKE THIS.
