ok, ill just do what you did, but after breaking the front, i put the link on the bottom and then welnt out hil climbing, had a couple of tumbles and broke the left rear link spot just like the front and the one plactic peice behind it too, where my shock mounts too it1 yippie!

so i put the 2 links below back to original spot on the left and i left the right side alone,, sience i broke the shock spot i just put it back to original set up so i have one shock on right rear from chassy to axel the right fronts like your set up at the front and tomorrow it will be back to the set up, and on the left its all back to original set up, so tomorrow i wil be mesing with this truck again to get it back to the set up the same as yours,

after you cut the peices off and befor screwing them back in did you have to drill or just screw them in? its really late here in Ont, Canada eh! lol
so it will wait till tomorrow to get messed around with!!

I wounldn't drill it all the way thru. Maybe just start it to open it up. The plastic it soft enough to thread into with tapping. If you are using a bigger screw you may have to drill. There's a thread I started a while ago with tons of pics of servo mounts. see if you can find it.

edit: here's the one's I copied

ok cool my servos kind of like that!

heres mine!

ths pics suck bad so i got a pic of it on the truck and a pic of and extra one i made, that i might mount on the rear but probley now!

im thinking of making a small skidplate at the very bottom just so insted of my axel sliding ofver the rocks it will be the skid plate!

heres the 2 links!

and

http://www.rcpics.net/view_single.php?medid=41522

Im gonna make something along the same ideal but with an up lip at the front for the skidplate so it looks better and will work better!

Airranger, I don't mean to be a dick but rckjeep has gone out of his way to babysit you through this thread since alot of this stuff is already on this site.

Do some looking around for yourself and you will find that he has already posted good pictures of his narrowed txt wheels.
