Paint or Powder Coat TxT 1 chassis?

Well guys, I've been rounding up some stuff for my Tx project, such as scoring come used, but highly stout 14x2s off of Rock Spyder (great guy to do business with), some carbon fiber sheet for custom battery mouting and a seperate top plate for the receivier/ super rooster/fan. Also replacing my old dremel with a new 400XPR series for $99bucks including a host load of extras such as flex shafts and such. Anyways back on topic, I had stripped the anodizing from the suspension links and polished them to a mirror shine after chucking them in my neighbors borrowed 18V Dewalt drill, made some new Mounts for the Emaxx trans using 1/16th thick aluminum L bracket and JBweld. Now i have on order the 6.8MM kyosho ball cups/ballstuds, but the chassis is just there looking lonely. I was thinking instead of polishing the thing out like many others do, why not paint it a crazy hew of tangerine orange, Metallic sublime, or something along the lines of that. I was thinking of powder coating it, but since my bro is an ASE certified painter, all i have to do is pay 20 bucks or less for a pint of custom House of color, or Glasurit paint, and have him paint/clear coat em'. Yea the paint will scratch when doing some serious wheeling, but if memory serves me right, I can also have the chassis side plates powdercoated clear, after they have been painted. Cost is somewhat of an object, but I want the beast to stand out from the rest of the pack. Im asking for your opinions guys and gals.
