Question Worth taking off steering stops??

I saw that the clod guys wher cutting away there steering stops
Now i have that question does is effect steering if u cut away the stops for the txt-1
i think not cause the axlehousing itself is in the way to gain some degrees.

Personally, I don't see where cutting them would increase steering with the stock steering hubs. The molded steering arms are at such and angle that even if you did cut them, the molded arm would just hit the axle. Since there is only 1/16" clearence at full lock between the arm and the axle anyway, what would be the point?

cutting the hubs will allow the axle to pop out constantly... buy the CVDS and aluminum hubs mentiuoned on the home page for better steering.

I wouldn't bother cutting them either.

I cut them on my TXT and Clod. In addition I also dremeled the axle housing so that the wheels would turn a little more. I have not had any issues with the axles popping out. I have found that the difference is more noticeable when front only steering is enabled. With rear staring there is so much added by the rear that it is excessive. Just my two cents though.
