I use scissors with .032 aluminum. Just make sure you use all steel scissors, I've broken a plastice handle on my old scissors. To bend it I just used pliers for small bends and a vice for bigger bends

I cut 16ga steel all the time with tin snips, no problem. To bend, use a vice and hammer. Works great. I have also been known to use vice grips to hold onto a tab and bend it. A brake would be nice, but I have enough tools (Well, no, no I dont, you never have enough tools, I just have more than I should according to my wage ) |
