Default Rig stats- Compare your Crawler

We are doing this on my 1:1 4x4 clubs site and I thought it would be fun here too.

Here's mine, newly configured.

WB 15 1/4"
TIRE SIZE 6 3/4"
TRACK WIDTH 14 5/8"
DIFF CLEARENCE 2 1/8"
TRANNY SKID 4 1/4"
WEIGHT 9.75 LBS.
TFG 7 1/2"
(Top of frame to ground)
whats the stock TXT tranny measurement? trying to compare and I forgot to measure before hand.

16 inch wheelbase
6.75 inch TC tires
14.25 inches overall width
7.5 inches top of the frame to ground
9 inches to the top of the cantis
2.25 diff clearance
4.375 center clearance

I don't know what it wieghs, but it is heavy! All of the wieght is in the tires though. I've reduced as much wieght as I could in the chassis, and added 1.5 lbs of bbs in each front tire. The TerraCrusher tires are probably the heaviest around to begin with, except for maybe Kongs!

Alright Jordanator how'd you make a 6 lb. rig? Mine's just under 10 loaded, one motor, 6 cell pack, rx pack, and electronics.

rkjeep,
i dont f'ing know!!! it was like magic. im not sure it is all that accurate though cause i weighed it on a bathroom scale..lol. but there isnt much chassis left, my tires are 2 1/2 inches wide, with 4 oz of bb's in each front tire, no elecronics or battery tray, so there isnt much in it...

i need to get a fish scale.....

that can't be accurate. You've got 1/2 lb. in the front tires alone. In just BB's I used a hanging scale at work. same as a scale at the grocery store.
