| TXT-1 Tuber Project, Udate Axles on Pics!!! 11/20/04 Pics!!!
Ok Im making a TXT-1 tuber, which I have finished the chassis on, and I drew up a 4-link design last night that I think will work great, let me know if yall have used this design before and please post pics if you have, Heres a pic of the chassis: http://www.rcpics.net/img/42348 Heres the 4-link design drawn on paint: http://www.rcpics.net/img/42448 Let me know what yall think about the design... No the top links and the bottum links will be mounted in the same 2 holes and each end of the truck... thanks Later Jake |

I think he was suggesting that you mount your bottom links on top of the axle instead ofthe bottom. More clearance that way.

I am wondering, dirk said that the way the links are mounted on his crawler that it took away the chassis twist under throttle. How is this done?? |

UPDATE... Im goin back to the TXT-1 axles now... last night my friend was tearing down his TXT-1 for his custom chassis and so I got a chance to "test fit" the axles on my crawler well there a perfect fit!!! without the stupid single pivot suspension design I had thought but before, the links are perfetly parrallel so there is NO angle change when the suspension is compressed... I'll have some pics up tonight for you guys... SORRY FOR THE DELAY MY COMPUTER WAS DOWN...
