why do u guys run half bodies on the trucks?

Re: Almost Done!

RSI the truck is looking good. I like the red chassis. The only thing I object to is the body. Be more creative, it's lookin alittle to much like Diggler's Tight Squeze. Try to make it your own like somone else in the forum made a metal flatbed. But otherwise Great job.

Most bodies are not long enough to fit down

Re: Almost Done!

that chassis looks sick! just get one of the extended wheel base bodies from proline.....

Re: Almost Done!

RSI,

Correct me if i am wrong, but that does not look like the wb has been lengthened. It looks to me like you moved the lower links on top of the axels, but I do not see the canti links pushed out at all.

Maybe I missed something.

Very nice job.

Re: Almost Done!

badger, i dont think he did extend his wheel base at all now that i look at it. i think you are right, he just moved the links to the top of the axle. i did the same on my txt, and the canti links didnt get pushed out much at all, its hardly noticable...

Re: Almost Done!

either way that is a big improvement by moving those lower links up.

Re: Almost Done!
