Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

This TXT-1 started out to be a crawler but I wanted to spice it up a little and Alex (INETRC) anodized some aluminum TXT goodies for me. One thing led to another and before I knew it, I had too much into it to ever scratch the damn thing. :?

Since the chassis was so pretty, I decided I needed a lid that was on par with the rest of the truck. This is when I contacted my friend TJ, otherwise known as ImBroken. He painted the Power Wagon lid with his own creation. All I did was tell him what colors I needed.

Without further blabbering, here's my Lil' Red Wagon

It will look better with some rock rash on it

Quit being an over protective parent. Take a few more pictures for memories then go for it :!:

I don't know......sway bars add some pretty nice stability. I'm thinking of going back to sway bars.
I'm actually working on a tortional sway bar system, kind of like the Currie Anit-Rock system.
Also working on a really, really top secret weapon!!!!!

Re: Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

swaybar dont work for crawling IMO :D

DirkDigler 04-28-2004 01:20 PM

Re: Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

Not true. Perhaps the two best crawlers I've seen have torsional sway bars, front and rear. They use Savage shocks and a cool little swaybar system. I have to disagree with you completely on that one.

Re: Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

so your saying that a stock txt-1 with sway bars is a good crawler.

DirkDigler 04-28-2004 01:32 PM

Re: Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

I believe your comment was: "sway bars don't work good on rc crawlers"

First of all......like I said......you were generalizing. Now of course, in the last post, you get more specific and mention a stock TXT.

dude lighten up were just having a contrast in opinions. :D

Re: Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

I noticed a post by skyjacker was removed. Good call.

FYI: This was not just a difference in opinion. Differences in opinions are great and make the forum a good place to hang out but when people start to flame, name call, degrade and just be plain rediculous, that is where the line will be drawn.

Good call, if people get away with antagonizing comments like that it will snowball.

BTW ZBigBadWolf, that truck is incredible. I hate to see a truck not get rock rash but I can also understand why you dont want to wheel it.

z big bad wolf.....what kinda wheels are those? They dont make boggers that fit the stock txt-1 wheels do they?

DirkDigler 04-28-2004 03:05 PM

Re: Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

They look like the Diamond wheels......I think?

Re: Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

Nice rig!!! Im not a huge Dodge fan but I love the power wagon :D Its too bad someone ruined half a page it by getting their panties in a bunch.

Re: Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

people need to learn they can be wrong, and except it. Everyone should be able to comment and not have their posts deleted becuase somone else disagres. Anyways good lookin truck, and in my opinion you should not run sway bars because if you can build a 4-link correctly then you dont need them to fix a hack job 4-link.

DirkDigler 04-28-2004 10:00 PM

Re: Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

rockguru,
who is wrong? So you are saying that swaybars are WRONG? Interesting.

As for deleted posts. How could I delete someone's post? I don't have that capability. Skyjacker deleted his own post. No one on this forum will ever be shunned for expressing his opinion. As a matter of fact, that is what started this whole problem. I said that I wasn't sure on the sway bar verdict. Skyjacker attacked me and called me some names or something. So....this really comes down to him not allowing others to speak their minds with out childish critisism.

Re: Lil Red Wagon feat. ImBroken

Sway bars are not the answer to stability in my opinion. Like I said if you mount your shocks correctly and set up your 4-link properly you would have no need for one.

the votes are in sway bars are out. :D
