As it state above I need to no what the gear ratio is for the txt axle.and how many teeth or the ring and pinion.

The axle gear ratio is 1:2,1 not 1:2,0.. There are gears 15, 18, 28 and 16.

So, 18/15=1,2 and 28/16=1,75 then 1,75*1,2=2,1. Amen.
