alright its time for a new project, i have my cj8 twinforce and it is awesome and has really good cog but i dont like the axles being as wide as they are it makes it really vonerable to being snagged up. so with that being said i am going to make me a txt! parts are as follow: lst's txt axles locked up aluminum maxx shocks roack raider chassis txt tranny 9t pinion 12t gd pinion gd600 brushless motor arrow links rubicon body 16 inch wheel base 5 inches of chassis clearence revos intellispeed esc 16t mild mod with rev bluebird servos coated in plasti-dip and 3 channel radio for independent 4ws ![]() i hope to have some pics within a week of the start up of this awesome rig ryan |

How is that a chameleon paint. I thought chameleon paint shifted colors. And is that silicone paint or what? (for the waterproofing). I hope the servo has metal gears and you don't ever need to open it up ![]() |

and its actually plastic dip its kind of a rubbery type substance and can be cut with a razor blade.... it doesnt completely waterproof it but i can now withstand being in water for a certain period of time.... ryan |

You can do the chameleon paint job for like 20 bucks, just use duplicolor mirage. You can get it at walmart, its got 3 cans to it, and you read the instructions, and do the opposite of what they say (they have a certain way of painting, you just do that backwards)

me and my friend plastic dipped all of our servos and we balooned out revievers on our T-Maxxes we completely submerged our servos in watter and mud and they were just fine... we got our plastic dip at home depot. (just dont smell it, you could die)

lmao dont smell it ahahahahaa! but yea it works great it isnt completely waterproof but it is dam near waterproof.... and you can get it at any local hardware store, in my case my father works for weyerhauser and i got his left overs! lol ryan |

alright guys i got all my stuff to day and i will build it tomorow for i am quite tired...... the only thing i dont have is beadlock rings which i can get the stuff to make em tomorow also... i will post lots of pics of the build and of it driving tomorow about this time.... untill then happy crawlin ryan |

ok here is the pics of it... i am haveing servo problems right now but other then that shes is done!!! ![]() i took the lst wheels and cut the spokes out so it was just a circle... then a narrowed the txt wheels and left the webbing in them and then slid tem into the lst wheels and used sheet metal screws to hold em together! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() video links i have videos but i need to know how to convert em to .wmv file can some one help me plz.... ryan |

Sweet rig. Steering links that run from knuckle to knuckle.. You might gain a little clearance for your approach angles if you mount them to the tops of the knuckles instead of beneath them. This may also straighten out your steering rod from servo to knuckle. |
