Hi

Do you have any clearence problems against your bottom links with those bead-locks.

i have some of these beadlocks and theye have alot of offset.

i am waiting to get some 12mm to 23mm wheel adaptors for these wheels.

Or are those wheels narrowed?

Thanks

james

Default what's up?

Hey.
No clearance issues at all. The wheels are plane jane stock. But I do have RC4Wd 23mm adapters, and these add width.

I fixed the drive shaft and figured out a way to make them stronger. By filling the center with a screw. When the shafts twist I noticed they squish into the center void allowing the twist. So filling the void with a solid should greatly aid against twist.

Of course then the end of the (male shaft I was using) just snaps.
So I made two more sets with female ends. I think That should be a little stronger.
I installed one and zip tied the other to the body. I drove today and was about to go through a whole pack with out breaking anything. When I noticed the lower front four bar was hanging down. It pulled out from the threaded end on the chassis side. Oh well. Gotta keep the streek going ya know. JK. I will try JB weld on that and see how it goes. wish me luck

so far the JB weld repair on the stripped threads is holding up

next up is independent 4ws. the full time 4ws gets in the way crawling techy stuff. though it is fine for freestylling. which is what I use this rig for most the time anyway.
