badger, nice rig have you had any trouble with torque roll, thats the main obstacle im trying to tackle right now with the rockeater let me know if you got any suggestions -Chris |

I think there are 3 major things that help eliminate torqe roll. 1. Shock positioning and spring rate's used. 2. Link triangulation, mounting positions of the links. 3. (As Dirk recently mentioned) Low gearing, use a gear reduction and/or and lathe motor. I am completly done with my TXT suspension. I might change the shocks to slightly longer ones just to get a little more center clearance but if they do not work as well as the Integy shock/springs I am using then I will go back. Last night I took out the mammoth gear reduction and I am installing a GD-600 just to see if there is big difference. | |
