I like the body. Don't care for the wheels and tires. They can be changed though. Hopefully they beefed up the gears. At least parts should be readily available in time.

I am digging those piggy back shocks too, they look functional by the diagram behind them.

Aside from the wheels and tires, I like it! Must have been the Farm Wheelie gang in charge the wheels on this one.

Hopefully the chassis is a bit lighter. The chassis on the TXT is a work of art, but it's thick and heavy - far more than it needs to be. Broke a lot of stuff on my TXT, but the chassis never budged.

A nice surprise anyway from the Tamiya gang. Wasn't listed on the next months releases, so I suppose it will be a while. Guessing around $450-500 when it hits the shops.

Maybe I'm too harsh, but I am NOT impressed with it. I think that they pretty much ignored what performance modifications people have been doing to improve upon their old design and instead all they really did was change out the body, wheels and tires and put vertical shocks. It looks more toy like and cheesy cheap. Hopefully I will be completely proven wrong, I want to see how it performs. To me the bar was not raised.

I agree with OSRC about the tires and rims but looks like i can put the clod tires on. Looks like 2013 is going to expensive. Was looking at a Wraith until the Twin Hammers came out, now between this and the Ground Pounder, will have to see reviews and running videos.

Make the plastic dye able white and put the old wheels and tires on it. Easy gravedigger build! I like it. Ive been wanting a txt for a while now.

I just got rid of my TXT-1. The frames should be interchangeable.
