Default TXT Pounder

Hey guys picked up a new truck from Will G on rcmt.net....Its a custom TXT Pounder....Will built this truck last year around this time I think and I remember following the build and said to myself if he ever sold it I would buy it.......well he finally listed it and I grabbed it just as fast lol...He did a great job building this truck and its ready to race or bash...Its setup with a really low stance and the aluminum trans flipped to lower the COG with Revo shafts installed.. He custom cut the aluminum axle guards and made a custom servo mount and rear lockout. It also has custom cut braces for the trans and battery placement, as well as braces going along the top of the chassis for added support..All the red is anodizing from Mike Hesse.

I added the rc4wd wideners and TXT wheels w/Rumbles from my Diablo and it looks really mean now. Going to swap out the shocks for the Gmade XD piggybacks (from the Clod Pounder) and I ordered a Castle MMP and 2400kv motor to give it sum GO POWER!.......but enough yappin, here are sum pics...

FRONT AND REAR AXLE

TRANS AND REAR LOCKOUT

BIGFOOT BODY ON FOR LOOKS

I like the Pouder better because its lighter...I loved my New Era but it was too heavy to realy play with. The Pounder plates are cheap too lol

Oh yea we have tons of fun every race....no crazy strict rules, just a few restrictions on vehicles...no Truggys, Buggys or SCTs...soon we will have a tire requirement because you always have a few who want to cheat lol

I've used that myself. Another thing I do is cut out a piece of lexan into a circle and use that to cover the hole too. Doesn't cost anything. Most people have lexan scraps around.

Ran into a snag with the sensored setup but got it to work.....for now lol. Gonna go with the sensorless Tekin 358 before Diggers Dungeon race. Even after gearing the 8.5t higher, Im still missing the top end speed I want. I tested 1 of the 358s I have in there and its perfect. So Ill put the 8.5t in my lil stadium truck..
