I have been driving the 2.2 txt and I love the dig. It is super fast to engage and disengage and locks up the rear consistently and totally. I love this mod, Don thanks again for posting up.

the dig set up when employed locks up the rear axle (brakes) and disengages it from the rest of the drvietrain. this in certain circumstances will allow you to pivot on the rear tires while turning, decressing the turn radius. You can also employ it while decending steep inclines as a brake to stop from rolling forward

Hey Don, just got my DX6 how do you have yours set up for steering, front rear and throttle, and Im sure you use the 2 top switches to run the digs. are the sub micro servos that came with it strong enough to make the system work?

Thanks again!

Front steer is on the left stick and throttle and rear steer is on the right stick. And yes the two top switches work the dig.
The servos that came with it are not stong enough. They with burn up pretty quick if loaded for very long. I am using a hi tec HS 85MG on the front and a hi tec HS 81MG on the rear. they both are working fine for me.

Don, I love the dig idea, and the truck that you built it into looks great! Lots of cool little tricks going on there.

No reciever pack. I am running a regulater. The dig servos are running of the esc's red wire at 4.8V. Everything else is run of the regulater at 6V.

Front and rear dig is still working perfect, As you will see sunday. I did notice that I will have to replace the top cover after awhile. The hole that the pin/arm slides though gets bigger and will most likly brake out over time. I will post pic's of mine once they brake. Here is a pic of the part I am talking about.
