I hope so, tonight I'll measure out the links and get them cut, then I just have to cut another body panel and get the DIG finished up.
I got 3/8" Delrin rod for the links, they're gonna be rather large!

I like that Chassis
nice panels
May I suggest a R2 tranny ! You Climb a 100 times better than a emax tranny, COg is way to High

Also I'd put some weight Down Below !!

naw, for the tire diameter and the power from the out runner, the r2 wouldn't handle it for long.

Yeah, I'd have to bring a few spares! I'm not to concerned anyway about high COG, there'll be alot of weight down below too. Bet I get heaviest 2.2 award! I'm not looking to win, I'm just looking to not come in last!

And what motor would that be

I searched your 1st and 4th page.

So R2's are not strong for supers with brushless motors like the Bm16 motor

Hyperion 3025/8. From what I've seen on here the R2's won't hold up to supers and bigger BL motors. Should be fine in a 2.2 with a 2.2 designated BL motor, well better anyway.

Yeah they need a heavy duty version. I love your wheels. Are the all-ts on them modded? Like cut out some tread? They look reall really deap.

That look sweet. I have one suggestion sand the edges with a fine grit paper and seal the edges with CA glue.

Default Its a runner!

Still gotta figure out how I'll mount the steering servo and a few other small things. With 13.2v and the Hyperion 3025, its got some power!!

Me too! Gotta get the servo mounted, dying to run it now! I'll test run it a bit but its maiden run will be with SVSC.

Thor did you finish the brake/rear disconnect DIG setup on this rig? I saw the other thread you started but it didn't show you finishing it. I was looking forward to that part, hope I didn't miss it somewhere. Awesome build by the way.

RRP 72T steel spur gear. Also getting a 12T SS pinion with a 5mm bore. Hopefully the ratio works out, any lower and I'll have to turn the motor shaft down.
