Agrios TXT2 questions

tried searching with no results.
I don't know much about Tamiya being an Axial man but have been eyeing this kit lately. questions
can you lock the diff's?
what type of wheel mount do they have, can you use 12mm hex wheels. is there enough clearance unlike traxxas stampede for example
are you able to run it ok with one motor mounted?
thanks in advance for any info

Hi There,

Welcome to Tamiya and the TXT-1/TXT-2 forum :mrgreen:

1-> Locking diffs - JB weld is commonly used and works well.
2-> TXT-1 and TXT-2 both have 12mm hex drives
3-> Yes you can run one motor - just cover up the other motor hole so nothing gets inside the transmission.

thanks for the info, in relation to the locked diff, can you use silly putty so it is reversible?

Re: Agrios TXT2 questions

Silly puddy would work but for how long not sure the bad part of those axles are the weak diffs the pins break cause they are a molded pin and ball set up just like the old school juggs and txt-1
