| Is it good price??
Im finalizing a deal on used TXT, the guy wants $250 for it plus shipping and i think hes giving also unmounted set of imex tires, and two additional bodies, do you think its good deal, its stock truck with bearings. For me it will be $40 more for shipping, but i think its great deal even so. Thanks guys, keep your fingers crossed, if the deal goes throught, ill be next TXT owner!!

I would go with buying a new truck. You can get them for around $370 shipped to your door. Building your own truck is something that I really can't put a price on. You get to know the truck in a way that you just can't duplicate with buying a runner. Inevitably, you will need to do a cleanup/rebuild, or make repairs. More than likely, you'll want to make mods and upgrades, too. Knowing how the truck goes together and comes apart is a must when you're doing these things. Not that you can't get to know that stuff on your own later on, but it is just much easier to do it right the first time, with an instruction manual in front of you. You also know that the truck was done right. And if something goes wrong, you only have yourself to blame (LOL)!!!!! Vince |

but $370 is more than $320 ( and consider i live in europe) and i mailed japanese hobby shop if they would write its a gift not merchandise, but no respons ( so + 30% duty) so its getting more expensive, but im planning to take it apart as soon as i get it |

I didnt get the best deal but I bought the TXT chassis, links, axles, and no eletronics, wheels, or tires with an Emaxx tranny and shocks for right under $300.

i would go for it! thats $40 you could spend to upgrade something on it haha, and it comes with some imex tires and 2 bodies, i bought mine for $240, but it came with no body or electronics, and everything else was completely stock(cept for the motors which were 8turns, stupid people, who would put 2 8turns in a txt???)

If there the stock shocks then they are not to long, thats just the way it is. I don't have my TXT right not (in the machine shop) otherwise I could take a pic of my stock TXT. Post a pic if you can.
