Default Long Shocks?

i have seen some people with real long shocks. i was wanting to know if you can buy them or you have to make them. thanks.

Savage shocks and all the aftermarket replacements are pretty long. Probably what your seeing...

Just be carefull about adding too long of a shock and not being able to control it.... your truck might tip over

My rig http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4602 and Benders "Roctopus" use the Savage shocks. We use them and made new shock towers to keep ride height resonable. The Idea is to keep the shocks more vertical to better manage torque twist.

More than you can imagine :-( Just before I sold it off it was setup to be a Maxx hybrid killer! Most of the torque twist was gone and it just performed so well.... Perhaps another day I'll build up another Jugg/TXT based rig.

I run Hot Bodies savage shocks, they have 1 1/4" of preload adjustment. I bought 8 for like $70 at LHS. Here's a couple pics of my set-up.
