Default TXT-2 Agrios

Just finished mine and took it for a spin. I'm running dual steering servos along with a Castle MMP and 1410 3800kv motor to power it.

Here's a vid I just shot on the maiden run.

I'm not sure what parts are interchangeable as I don't have a TXT-1. Maybe download the manual from TamiyaUSA and see what might work?

Axles and trans are exactly the same between the TXT-1 and the TXT-2. Chassis, shock setup, body, tires and wheels are different.

I know I am bumping a old thread but maybe the original poster will see this.

How did the 3800 castle setup working out ? Did it have enough snap ? Did you run on 2 or 3 cells ?

I have been thinking about picking up a used argios to run in a local monster truck race series.

I've got one of these kits just sitting in the queue waiting for it's turn to be built. Be interested as well to see what motor setups guys are using with this kit.

Really? That's interesting because Tamiya seems to struggle with steering on more than one vehicle.
