hi,
here is my selfmade servo mount... first time I mount also the servo at the front of the axle but now I mount it for a better approach angle on the top of the axle...

i have already made a mount similar, in front of axle, and also made link mounts, ill try to make pics

it worked great !!! I have no problems with the steering and have a lot of clearance on rock crawling...

on each side of the battery is a rubber band and between the frame and the battery ist a "self holding band"... sorry but I don't know the correct word for the "self holding band" it's a band that holds like a bur...

and doesnt it interfere with links?? it looks as it lowers CG and moves more weight towards front, seems great!!
