Looks sick CSR!! Nice job with the chassis and body, very clean!!

skipstr71 04-30-2005 11:10 PM

so very clean..! I really like your choice of axles. thanks for the insperation.

Looks sweet man. I've got my pleazer masked and trimmed, and hopefully start painting tomorrow. Now, I've just gotta build a chassis for it  I waited until the last minute to fab one, because I'm building it around this specific body.

I just hope my paint turns out this nice!

Around 20-25 minutes of play time on a pack. I run 1900Mah 7-cell packs, cheap and that 7th cell gives it plenty of driveshaft twisting power. :)

Thanks! The Pleazer body is 'broken in' now, flipped it down my front porch steps and scratched it up real good. ;) Yes, the front cup is mounted to the axle, the rear mount pivots. So the weight of the battery is on the front axle and as low as possible without building a custom split pack. It works great like that and doesn't effect articulation.

Crawler80 05-01-2005 03:47 PM

Sweet man..Do u have pics of the rear cup...

Crawler80 05-03-2005 03:02 PM

Crawler80 05-03-2005 03:12 PM

Haha thats cool man...when you get some time...im trying to rebuild my txt and need some ideas on how to mount the battery...and if you dont mind im kinda coppying ur truck...

RXcrawler 05-04-2005 01:38 AM

I saw Rock Monkey but read it as Red Monkey in my mind and was expecting to see a red 4-runner body mounted up. You think you can get those body mounts any shorter? Rock Pleaser looks great! Like the lowered electronics too.
