I put the stock pinion back in the GD, and an 11T pinion in the tranny. PERFECT! Just the right amount of wheelspeed, no stalling and plenty of torque to boot!
Well, now that you say this maybe the other motor needs new brushes or to have the comm cut and trued, or both. Or if you like the new combo, just stick with it.

Yep, all power/motor/gearing problems have been solved with the combo listed above. I did have both diffs come unlocked this weekend though. I used hot glue originally (never failed on my clods... :? ), but now I think I'll try using epoxy to lock the diffs.

No chassis yet, the engineers at work are taking their sweet time making my CAD file...

But rest assured, as soon as it's ready to be sent to waterjet, this board will be the first to know

I haven't really been on the boards too much lately anyway. My new (to me) Willys Jeep is consuming most of my (already in short supply) free time.

Thanks,
Rich

Question 808txt

Saw your picture of the servo mounts, question? Are they available for sale? If so please let me know?

Now I just need to finish adjusting the links, final trim the driveshafts/skidplate, and wire it up. Oh, and sand the other two tires (man, I should have NEVER started that )
