|  show me your skidz i'm looking for ideas for my XC to get a few skids. i'm trying to find out where the post was that i saw someone using a high lift 350 tranny skid for the front skid of the jero. if you got a pic handy of her belly, let it rip ! thanks. | Here's how I did mine. Its just some thin gauge sheet metal cut with a dremel and bend over the edge of the workbench.   |

| i cant remember who, but someone cut the front box off and glued the front piece back on to the front at an angle. |

| Been wanting to make one for like a year now lol...just got to it a day ago. Its in its rough shape now I still dont like the look of it so I am gonna have to cut some off to make a nicer skid shape...and drill some holes. While we are on the skid topic...I see a lot of skids with holes in them...whats the purpose? For weight reduction? I would think in 1/10 scale the holes would get hung up on rocks etc...   |
