Default Another Jeep XC/CC01

Well I picked up another XC chassis on the cheap as a parts lot on ebay with buy now of $25. It was missing a few pieces so I bought new ones then also picked up another XC parts lot very reasonable so I have plenty of spares now

It started out as this...

I thought I'd post some new updated pics of the Jeep...I managed to get it painted. Went with Testor's Root Beer Metallic with a dark tan top. I finished it off with a set of decals from my new buddy Silvio. Great quality and price was right. Contact me if you are interested in some decal work as this guy has some skills!

I was going for a retro look on a newer YJ. I think I pulled it off...I still need to do some detail work and paint the flares satin black but wanted to get some new pics up...

Did some tire swapping between the jeeps and put some f-350 tires on the Eagle and put Losi MRC tires on the red Rubi....I also did some detailing and mounted the Hilift Jack on the hood...

Bad A$$ Jeep! The Golden Eagle decals look awsome. How do you like those tires?

Great looking Jeep. I like the decals and details. I still haven't decided what I'm going to do with mine. Thanks for the inspiration.

Did a little more work to the Eagle...Added roof rack from my SCX10...Hilift jack on the hood and put a Tamiya light kit in it...I've moved the light kit from around on my other RC's but really like it on this especially the rear tails...

thought I'd dig this thread back up as recently got the RC itch again. I realized I built this thing and never ran it, just put it on a shelf to collect dust. Cleaned it up and gave it a run thru the yard. Also added the 3racing winch to it before I shelved it and control it with a Traxxas 3 channel radio.

I'm looking to pick up a CC01 Bronco I think and will do some mods to it.
