| cc01 Jeep Wrangler kit any good?
I was wondering if the CC01 Jeep Wrangrer kit is any good? I know they have discontinued it but I found one online and it looks to good to be true. This is the kit that comes with the led lights. Thanks for your help! This will be a birthday gift for myself. |

they are as good as you want to make it. if you expect it to crawl like an scx10 out of the box you will be disapointed. but after some work it will do pretty good. i use mine as a trail type truck

Green LR3 in this video is my cc01. has a gear reduction unit but otherwise stock. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVvERTv2VvQ here's another cc01 I have. also has a gear reduction unit and modified steering. Otherwise stock. also has super crappy esc. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjTSkBoZxYQ both of these have better tires than stock and are on the long wb setting so are 1" longer wb than the wrangler body. the chassis can swap between two settings easily. They are surprisingly good and totally fun. |

There are still alot of Wranglers out there. The Pajero was discontinued a couple of months ago and when I was at Hong Kong last month I saw alot of them including the CC01 Touaregs | |
