Default Honda CR-V, nothing spectacular

I was fortunate to find this body here in NZ along with all the bits and pieces to make it complete. I have decided to leave this one almost completely stock. The only changes are locked diffs, 70T motor, a losi MRC ESC and Subabru Brat tyres. I have 6 others that I can modify so with a friend suggested leaving this as it came out of the box chassis wise.

Anyways it was a bitch to paint and this is the 1st body I have ever added highlights too, it looks ok but not great. Still a little detailing to do

The Flex shots lol

Yea they are not that cheap, one of the more rarer CC-01 bodies out there. I wanted the 4 original bodies that came on this chassis and this was the last one needed.

I see it more as a soccer mum/carpark puddle splasher AWD lol. Its different then the norm and that can't be a bad thing

This one will just be a trail run rig nothing more, not going to get punished like my others. I still have some scale "yuppie" items to add to it so it will look more like the thousands of CR-Vs we have on our roads here

Thanks, its a brandnew body lol. Plans call for some scale adventure items to add to its mall crawler status and really thats about it I have my other CC's for the more adventurest stuff........ Might use it as a tow rig for my Pajero or Mu ?

Yep I did the pigpay search too and nearly spat my coffee out when I saw the price of that kit ! I accidently found this body and its bits, it was hidden in the basement of NZ's LHS supplier.... he had given up all hope of getting rid of it lol. I now have every last piece of CC-01 parts avaliable here, so im good for spares for a few years to come

A lucky find indeed! lucky bugger.

Sure is a soccer-mom mobile to be sure tho lol too good to thrash.

I reckon do the side moulds, worse that can happen is you have to strip it and start again.
