Stupid Newbee Question

I just bought my first scaler. A used and complete CC01 wrangler. How do you remove the body?

Thanks

I'm serious. It's been modded so I know it's not permenently attached.

grab under the front of the body and stretch it till it is past the mount nub. then slide it back off the rear body post.

don't yank on it obviously but you'll see when you start to pull on the front whats holding it in

Thanks, There were a couple screws in the front holding it on as well.

Keep the rear mounts and then where the front mounts get rid of the black plastic pice that screws to the chassis and replace it with a pice of velcro and do the same to the body.

This is how mine is done and holds the bbody on and gets rid of that streatch mount. I always was afraid it would crack the body.

Are the rear mounts the same with the Pajero body? From what I've seen on here, most of the Pajero's dont have the body posts going through the actual body (I've seen one that has). If this is the case and the moutns do go through the body, how do you mount it so that the body posts don't go through the body?

So I went back and re-looked at some of the build threads and most of the guys are still using the rear body mounts, i just didnt see them the first time. So maybe they arent that noticeable. lol
