Looks grand. pardon my ignorance: why does it lean when you turn? It's curious.

Also, no wheel rub?

Thanks man.
Body lean is due to the shocks, im still messing with the springs, trying to get some that are stiff enough to hold it up but let it flex good too.
No wheel/tire rub either, had to trim the front bumper out a bit.

Last time i was up north with some of the NOSTR guys my rear body posts gave up the ghost.

Finally made a new mount today.

Gonna have to tear it down again, this thing with the 35t and 2:1 has soo much torque its starting to munch the gear set, so im gonna through bolt the gear cover to see if that works like others have done.

Just bolt the plates on, or dont put any on. Then make up a cross link.

Your tires are going to toe in and out funny sometimes, its gonna happen with an IFS kit.
The point of this mod is not to get way more steering throw, you just cant with the stock dog bones.
Its more to correct the geometry a little bit and be more precise, instead of losing servo force through the sloppiness in the stock setup, you now have a direct link.

This is exactly the reason why I hope to attempt this mod myself. Even with the GPM kit and a high powered digital servo, Ive got a ton of slop! Now, if I can only bring myself to cut up a perfect CC-01 tub!

His hands?? what do you need to know, the pic is very representative, you can see threaded rod and rod ends, he also fabbed up a servo mount.

Exactly.

The rod is 8-32.
Rod ends are revo, or jato.

Servo mount is as easy as cutting a slot in each side of the tub for the servo ears to sit in, then adding a cross brace to pull the tub together sightly and lock the servo into place.
The cross brace is simple, i used two body posts screwed together, then cut to length and a screw ran into each end through the tub.
