| wheel weights? who has them?
im wanting to put weights in my front 1.9 slingers on my pajero, i just don't know how much to put in them? Should i cut star shapes out of the foams too? |

I say cut the foams, will help with traction. Three oz's of lead should do the trick for the fronts. I don't run weight in the wheels of my CC-01, I run it in the front of the chassis. Wheel weight will be better 'cause it is unsprung weight but I did not want to stress out the front drivetrain. I may still add it due to a better steering servo being there now.

well ill have to get new rims first.. i tried to bake them off last night, and well, it loosend some of the glue, and like shrunk the rim.. so im going to try to find some more offset rims. |

I wouldn't bother cutting the foam for the Slingers. The tires are too hard to really react to a shaped foam. Just had a wrap of stick on weights to each front wheel.

or move your battery up front over the gearbox if you want. remember... the more mass out on those wheels, the more abuse the dog bones are going to feel. |
